Ouchy

Well I'm into my workout now although its quite painful. My first day is chest and biceps which is painful, day two is triceps and shoulders not so bad long as my shoulder doesn't hurt. Day three is back and abs the back muscles when you work them you don't even notice its the day after it gets you, and oh the by far most painful day 4 Legs. Legs are absolutely killing me today and I'm supposed to go lift the day one stuff. I am not 100% sure I am going to be able to today O the pain lol. Oh yeah and just in case you missed it the Bengals are attempting to go 0-16 as my friend says 0-6 and well on there way. Well I better get back to work I have an inspection tomorrow for my robot ug.
